I have been very successful in exclusively representing both sellers and buyers of commercial real estate investments over the past 15 years. Personally I have closed over 100 transactions and sold over $500,000,000. My list to close property ratio is 96.3% of listed properties and my list to close price ratio is 98.5% of the list price.
I joined Keller Williams Commercial in 2010, after 5 years as an Investment Sales Agent with a national real estate firm. My detail oriented approach to selling real estate is what has helped me achieve my great success and allowed me to represent many private individuals and multiple large institutions in the sale, 1031 and 1033 exchange, and refinance of their assets. I am a native of Los Angeles and graduated from Crossroads High School in Santa Monica, CA. I continued my higher learning and graduated from University of California, Santa Barbara.
