After dealing with multiple problem tenants, a City issued Notice to Comply, squatters, break-ins, and owning a property that was more than an hour drive, multiple Trusts were ready to go their separate ways from owning a 3 tenant store front retail property.
Marc created a pro-active direct marketing campaign to target multiple property owners and tenants in the immediate area. In addition, due to the distance of the subject property in relation to the location of the property owners, property management was extremely challenging. Marc went above and beyond his role of selling the property and helped manage the property by meeting with contractors, city inspectors, utility company representatives, and Buyers.

The Seller’s received over 10 offers (some in writing and some verbally) at a price below what they felt the property was worth. After a lengthy marketing process in order to find a Buyer who was willing to pay the highest price the market would bare, an Owner User competed with two other Buyers to get the property and closed the transaction at a price the Sellers were willing to accept.
